Vineyard and nature of the soil :

There are several vineyards in a single body dating back to the early years 70/80. Exempted to the south-east, at an altitude ranging from 450 to 500 meter of altitude.

Harvest, vinification and aging:

First ten days of September, the harvest is carried out manually, taking care of the bunches. The pressing is carried out directly with the press, then the skins are immediately separated from the must and it is left to ferment slowly for 15/20 days with temperature control. Bottled at the end of June, put on sale after 50-60 days.

Characteristics of the of the wine :

At sight it appears orange-red in color. On the nose it expresses itself with dominant hints of citrus fruits and floral notes. On the palate it is spicy and citrusy with notes of pink grapefruit. Fragrant and fine, it ensures a very pleasant and light drink without making it obvious.

Pairings :

It is an ideal wine for aperitifs and refreshments, both sweet and savory. Serve if possible at a temperature of 7°C.
