Harvest, vinification and aging :
The harvest is done manually,
By meticulously selecting the bunches, from 15 to 30 September. . After pressing it is placed in steel tanks with the control of the temperature of
fermentation (25/30°C). The racking is carried out after 8/10 days and put to rest in barriques for
10 to 12 months. It is bottled without being filtered and by fall, so as to maintain as much as possible the authenticity.
Characteristics of the wine :

clear ruby red, with soft violet reflections.
On the nose you can perceive fresh and fragrant vinoy sensations, with
notes of
Red fruit and wild herbs. A rather strong structure with a
